About Tree Specialists…

Ray McElfish is a second generation arborist. Shortly after Ray was born, his father, Maril McElfish, established the first residential tree care business in the Spokane area.

Maril always insisted on top quality, state-of-the-art service; he insisted on learning new methods of tree care as they became the standards for professional maintenance. Maril imparted that same desire for professional knowledge to Ray, who shares that same commitment to quality and customer care today... some thirty years later.

As the tree care industry matured, Ray built upon the foundation of learning started by his father... educating himself about new techniques and adopting the newly developing scientific approach to tree care. Ray became a certified arborist and maintains his certification through continuing education.

Tree Specialists employees are trained to provide excellent service and proper tree care. New employees are always supervised by knowledgable staff with many years of experience. Your trees and plantings are treated as if they were our own.
